    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup (remove)
    Gelatin (Jello) prepared with water, reduced calorie, with aspartame, 1 package (0.35 oz) (remove)
    *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    Cocoa Puffs Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    *Cool Whip Free, one tub


grind cocoa puffs to crumbs. Spray silicone cake plate with nonstick; sprinkle in crumbs evenly,

Beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.

Mix dry knox gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. and 1/2 cup of splenda. stir for 5 minutes until fully dissolved.

stir gelatin into peanut butter mixture until smooth. Fold in one tub of cool whip. pour into cake pan onto crumbs.

drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup if desired; freeze for one hour then move into the fridge to chill.
