    1lb Lean GroundBeef
    3 cloves of garlic, or to taste
    1 Med. onion, diced
    1 tsp Italian seasoning, or to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1 14oz can Italian style diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
    1 8oz can of tomato sauce
    1 1/3 cups water
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 1/2 cups couscous
    1/4 cup reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese


In a large skillet brown beef, onion, garlic, seasonings, and pepper until beef is uniformly brown.
Add tomatoes, sauce, and water and bring to a boil. add coen and couscous, and still well to combine. Turn heat to low and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and couscous is cooked through. Stir in cheese and serve.
