Ingredients

One can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
One can diced tomatoes, undrained
One can chicken (5 oz), undrained
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
McCormick ground cumin, 1 tsp
Black pepper, 1 tsp
Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup
Directions
Dump it all in the crockpot. Add water to your desired chili consistency. Cook on low for about 6 hours. This is a forgiving recipe -- a few hours less or more won't make much difference. Sometimes I add the cheese at the beginning, other times I serve it as a topping on the side. Makes 4 hearty servings. This recipe fits perfectly in the small Rival Crockette. When I make it in my big crockpot I double the recipe. It also freezes very well.
