    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (or can drained white)
    Thyme, fresh, .5 tsp (1/2 teas.)
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp (1/4 teas.)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .12 tsp (1/8 teas)
    Bush's Blackeye Peas, 1 cup drained
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup cooked
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup


Serves 4. Cook chicken until no longer pink in a sprayed skillet. Stir in all remaining ingredients, but spinach. Cook until hot. Stir in spinach. Cook til spinach wilts. Serve.
