    Salsa, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 T
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    6 Chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed, cooked and shredded or chopped
    Green enchilada sauce 1 can
    6 Flour Tortillas, 8" Fajita Size
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 1/2 cups
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can


Add together cooked chicken , soup, salsa, sour cream, corn, and taco seasoning. Heat over low heat. Microwave tortillas wrapped in damp paer towel, for one minute. Fill tortillas and place seam side down in baking dish. Pour over can of green enchilada sauce and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Nutrition info. is for one enchilada.
