    3/4 cups STEVIVA BLEND
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup becel oilive oil margarine
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp agave nectar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups spelt flour
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 cups dried cranberries


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Cream sugar with margarine and applesauce. Add egg and egg whites. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until blended.
Drp by teaspoonfulls onto cookie sheet. Bake for approx 9 minutes.
