    1 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chillis
    1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
    1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1/4 Cup Egg Beaters


Dump the can of Rotel in a casserole dish, sprinkle the corn over the Rotel. Mix the Jiffy mix and egg beaters and spoon over the corn to cover. Place in a 400F oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
