    4-5 ice cubes
    1 cup skim milk
    1 medium banana
    10 raspberries
    1 serving Great Value mandarin oranges (w/juice)


Cut the banana into small pieces & open oranges

Put bananas & raspberries into blender with ice cubes. Pour oranges (w/ juice) on top, and then add milk. Blend until smooth.
