    6 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 package *KNORR recipe Classics Leek recipe mix
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1/2 cup shredded (2 ounces) sharp Cheddar cheese


1. In medium bowl, with wire whisk, beat eggs and milk until smooth; stir in Leek soup mix.

2. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add egg miixture and reduce heat to low.

3. Uncover, stir well and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 minutes longer. Let stand covered for 5 more minutes.
