Great slow cooker recipe. Great slow cooker recipe.
Number of Servings: 16


    Green Bell Peppers--2 cups chopped
    Red Bell Peppers--2 cups chopped
    Onion--2 cups chopped
    Garlic--3 cloves minced
    Tomato Soup--2 cans
    Ground Turkey--1 lb.
    Chili Powder--2 tbsps (more to taste, if necessary)
    Brown Rice--4 cups or 2 bags uncooked


Chop peppers and onion. Mince garlic. Brown ground turkey. In slow cooker, add 2 cans of tomato soup and 2 cans of water. Add vegetables, ground turkey and chili powder. Cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours.

When you are prepping dinner, cook brown rice. Add cooked rice to soup prior to serving. Sprinkle bowl of soup with cheddar cheese.

Makes 16 8 oz. servings. Freezes well.
