Introduction

Ingredients

    1can Yellow Sweet Corn
    1cup Green Pepper, Sliced
    1med Onion, Sliced
    2cloves Garlic, Minced
    1TBS Smart balance spread
    1TBS EVOO
    4OZ Half and Half

Directions

Heat EVOO in deep frying pan
Add Butter
Add Onions, sautee until a little brown
Add Green Peppers, sautee until soft
Add Garlic
Add Corn
Add Half and Half
Add a pinch of salt (or to taste)
Add Black pepper to taste
Mix, cover for 10 min and it's ready to eat!!!
