Introduction

These carnitas are not the pulled pork ones, but the chopped ones....Yummy!!! These carnitas are not the pulled pork ones, but the chopped ones....Yummy!!!

Ingredients

    1LB Pork Loin
    4OZ Orange Juice
    1/3Cup Skim Milk
    3 TBS EVOO

Directions

Heat EVOO in deep frying pan
Add Pork loin in 2-3inch cubes, fry until all sides are brown
Place cubes in food processor and "grind" until pieces are small, but not completely
Re-fry small pieces until they are crunchy
Add OJ
Add Milk
Re-Fry until crunchy again and serve.

You can serve on warm corn tortillas or as a dish to complement your meal.
