Ingredients

    96/4 All Natural Extra Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    Frozen Cut Green Beans - 2/3 cup
    Food Lion Cut Okra, 3.33 cup
    Frozen Cut Corn, 4 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk
    Great Value diced tomatoes in tomatoe juice, 3.5 cup
    Canned tomatoes, Del Monte, diced, 1.75 cup
    Dried Onion Flakes, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves sliced in half
    Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 1 tsp
    Ground pepper
    Bay Leaf

Directions

Brown meat
Add all ingredients
Add water to make 24 cups of soup
Simmer 1 hr
Makes 12 2 cup servings
