Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Red Peppers, sliced,
    4-5 Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, quartered
    2 sliced Mushrooms
    1/4 cup Asparagus, fresh
    1/4 cup Onions, sliced
    1 clove of Garlic, 1 clove (minced)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    1 tsp each Paprika & Cumin
    Red pepper flake or cayenne for spicyness if so desired
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
    2 LaTortilla Factory - Reg/Small Whole Wheat Tortillas
    6 oz of Tyson-Grilled Chicken Strips

Directions

Saute veggies in a non-stick skillet, adding about 3 tbsps of water to the bottom if needed. Heat chicken in the microwave (about 2 mins) and add to skillet.

Add mixture to tortillas (2) and add 1/2 of the cheese slice to each one.
