Ingredients

1 premade graham cracker pie crust
1.5 17g boxes sugar free Strawberry Jello (1.5 4 serving size boxes)
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
3 cup water
Directions
Mix one packet in 1 cup boiling water, stir to dissolve
Add 1 cup cold water
Mix in blender with 1 cup cottage cheese, blend until smooth
pour into pie shell and chill in fridge until firmly set
Once pie is set place sliced strawberries in a layer on top
Mix 1/2 packet jello in 1/2 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved
Add 1/2 cup cold water
pour over the layer of fresh strawberries
Chill in fridge until set firmly
Serve cold
1 serving = 1/8 pie
