made with whole wheat flour, oatmeal and maple syrup made with whole wheat flour, oatmeal and maple syrup

    8 apples corded and sliced into 8X10 pan
    (optional to peel or not to peel)
    1.5 cups old fashion oats
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons maple syrup
    1/4 cups cold butter


measure oats, sugar, flour and cinnamon into food processor and whiz to mix. add maple syrup and butter pules til course.

Sprinkle over cut up apples. Bake at 375 til tender about 25 minutes.

Yummy served warm with Ice Cream but not the best for you.
