    5 Slices Light Raisin Bread, Torn or cut up
    1/3 Cup Liquid Egg Substitute
    12 oz Canned Evaporated Nonfat Milk
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tsp Banana Extract (you can substitute this for 1 tsp butter extract or just 2 tsp vanilla extract)
    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
    1/2 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar (you can also use dark if that's all you have on hand)
    1 Small Banana, cut up to bite size pieces
