    * Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 2 cups
    * White Rice, long grain, 1.25 cup
    * Garlic, 4 cloves
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 5 grams

Directions

bring chicken broth to a boil, add rice, spices and garlic, cover, simmer on low 20 min or until done.
