    8 slices of aunt Millie's Light Whole grain bread
    1/2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3 medium eggs; beaten
    1/2 cup fresh mushroom pieces
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 large garlic clove; minced
    2 TBSP butter; softened and separated


Preheat sandwich maker. In skillet melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add vegetables and garlic. Saute until tender; set aside. In same pan, scramble eggs. Butter one side of the bread with remaining softened butter. Fill with veggies, egg, and cheese(on the non-butter side). Spray sandwich maker with cooking spray. Place bread butter side down onto sandwich maker. Top with other slice of bread. close lid. cook till bread browns like toast(approx 2 min). Repeat .

You can change up your ingreidents. Try crumbled bacon, sausage, ham, spinach, tomatoes...The possibilities are endless!
