Number of Servings: 4


    8 ounces swordfish cut into 1" squares
    8 sea scallops
    8 large shrimp (raw)
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp peanut oil
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 Tbsp minced ginger
    1 Tbsp minced green onion
    2 tsp sesame oil


Place swordfish, scallops and shrimp in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix well. Marinate in refridgerator for 30 minutes.
Thread seafood pieces onto 4 12" metal skewers, alternating fish, scallops and shrimp. (each skewer will have 2 peices of each). Spray grill grates with cooking spray. Grill kabobs over medium heat, 4 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
