Introduction

This came out good!!!!!!! AND FILLING. I thought I could eat 2 but couldnt get through one. This came out good!!!!!!! AND FILLING. I thought I could eat 2 but couldnt get through one.

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Morningstar Farms Chik Patties, Original, 1 serving
    Mushrooms, fresh, 20 slice
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    Old El Paso Think n' Chunky Salsa, 4 tbsp

Directions

Cut up the onion the size of a hamburger pattie. Turn heat up on skillit all the way at peak heat add 1/4 cup of water and fry onion pattie . Add in Mushrooms also. Put Soy chicken pattie in microwave for 1 min. (speeds up the cooking process. Cook onion pattie on both sides until golden brown, using little water to keep it from sticking to pan. Once browned put Onion pattie on side with mushrooms. Take soy pattie and put in skillit add salsa to the top of it, let it cook until bottom is browned, turn over with salsa and all. Add Salsa now to the dry side. Cook until browned. Take Onion on clean plat, add pattie with salsa on top of the onion pattie. Add more salsa to the top of it, and top it off with Mozz cheese. Put in microwave to melt cheese. Now its ready to eat.
