Easy pasta bake with turkey sausage and LOTS of veggies! Easy pasta bake with turkey sausage and LOTS of veggies!

    14 oz. Whole Wheat Penne
    4 Spicy Italian Turkey Sausage Links
    3 cups Pasta Sauce (1 jar)
    Italian Style Veggies - 1 Package (12 oz.)
    1 10 oz. package frozen spinach
    1 cup part-skim shredded mozzerella
    2 cups cottage cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta al dente according to instructions.
Uncase sausages and brown in a skillet - drain.
Defrost spinach and veggies. Squeeze excess water out of spinach.
Mix cooked and drained pasta, sausage, cottage cheese, veggies, spinach and pasta sauce in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Top with 1 cup mozzerella.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 20 mins, or until heated through.
Remove foil and cook for another 5-10 mins to brown cheese on top.
Makes 8 servings.
