    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    Bag of Celery
    Bag of Baby Carrots
    2 cans of Chicken Broth
    4 cups of water
    3 cans of buttermilk biscuits
    2 medium onions


1. Combine chicken, celery, carrots, onion, chicken broth, parsley, chicken bouillon granules, salt and pepper in a large sauce pan

2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.

3. Remove chicken and let stand until cool enough to handle.

4. Remove skin from chicken and tear apart.

5. Return meat to soup

6. Add more salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

7. Return soup to a simmer.

8. Slightly flatten biscuits and cut into quarters.

9. Drop into simmering soup.

10. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

11. Serve immediately.
