    1 12 oz. package Jimmy Dean reduced fat Pork Sausage (30% less fat)
    2 cups Kraft 2% Milk shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick mix
    2 cups Over the Moon Fat Free milk
    4 large eggs


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Brown sausage and drain well. Make sure its crumbled up really well too

Toss cheese and sausage in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan (I use Pam)

In separate bowl, blend together the milk, eggs and bisquick

Pour over the cheese and sausage, then bake at 400 degrees for 30 (or until lightly browned)
