Ingredients

    6 lbs frozen strawberries-approx 20 cups
    1 cup sugar
    5 tbl cornstarch
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Defrost strawberries, cook in saucepan for 20 minutes.
Add sugar, once dissolved, mix cornstarch with water and pour into jam. Let cool or fill preserving bottles and cap and boil 30 minutes. Let cool.
Makes 12 cups.
1 cup = 16 tablespoons
1 tablespoon = 1 serving = 10 calories
