Introduction

Quiche with lots of cheese Quiche with lots of cheese
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 9"
    1/3 cup chopped green peppers
    1/3 cup chopped red peppers
    1/3 cup chopped onions
    6 oz mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup eggs
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Bake crust according to directions
Spread 3 oz of cheese on bottom of crust
Add peppers and onions in a layer on top of cheese.
Whisk together eggs, milk and dashes of salt and pepper. Pour on top.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Makes 8 servings
