Introduction

This is SO easy and so tasty. It has a touch more sweetness than I usually find in bean soup. I think it was the use of honey ham, baby carrots, and a dash of liquid smoke that made it exceptional to me. This is SO easy and so tasty. Ingredients

    1 lb. cooked boneless honey ham (not the brown sugar encrusted kind!)
    2 c chicken broth, 33% less sodium brand
    1 c navy beans, dried
    1 c chopped celery
    1 small white onion, chopped
    1 c chopped baby carrots
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp liquid smoke

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well.

Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

Enjoy!
