    4 oz Tilapia Fillet, thawed
    1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
    1 Tsp Cumin
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp Chili Powder
    1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
    1 Cup Cabbage (Shredded)
    2 oz cheese, grated
    4 Medium Hard Taco Shells
    2 Tbs Cilantro (chopped finely)


In a shallow dish mix the bread crumbs, cumin, garlic powder, chilli powder, black pepper and salt.
Wet the tilapia in water, roll in the bread crumb mixture, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 20 mins or until cooked.
Meanwhile grate cheese and shred cabbage. (also a good time to make the black bean salsa recipe)
Separate the cooked Tilapia into 4 equal parts and put into taco shells, top with cabbage, cilantro, and cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
