Number of Servings: 12


    3 eggs
    4 Sausagr patties (I keep frozen on hand)
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup baking mix
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 tsp pepper
    2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350.
Makes 12 muffins.

Cook sausage throughily, cut into bite size pieces and evenly distribute in muffin tin. Note - do NOT use baking cups within the tin, the muffins will not come out, rather coat the sides with oil.

Mix together baking mix, eggs, milk, salt and sugar. evenly top the sausage.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
