    1/2 c butter
    3/4 c brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1 t vanilla
    1 tsp. orange rind chopped
    1 c flour
    4 c rolled oats
    1/2 c sunflower seeds
    1/2 c wheat germ
    1/2 c crushed bran cereal
    1 c raisins
    1/2 c coconut
    1 c chopped nuts (pecans/walnuts)

    1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon


Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and orange rind until well combined. Add in flour through raisin bran and beat until combined. Fold in raisins, coconut and pecans. Roll into 1T ball.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in sugar mixture and press with a glass on the cookie sheet. Bake about 8-10 minutes.
