Delciously minty oreo pie made with cool whip! You'll love it! Delciously minty oreo pie made with cool whip! You'll love it!
Number of Servings: 8


    1.5 cups Half and Half
    3.5 ounce package of vanilla pudding
    8 oz package of cool whip
    10 mint oreos
    1 oreo or chocolate 9" pie crust


Pour the half and half into a large bowl and add the pudding mix. Beat at a low speed until it is well blended (this should take less than a minute). Let it stand for 5 minutes. While it is standing, crush the 10 oreos. Mix the cool whip and the oreos in with the pudding mixture. Pour the mixture over the pie crust. Freeze for 6 hours or until it is somewhat solid. When it is ready, take it out of the freezer and let it sit for about a half hour. Cut and serve.

The recipe can be modified for less calories and fat with sugar free pudding, lite cool whip, and a low calorie pie crust.
