Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 400 grams (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, sliced (remove)
Mushrooms, canned, 0.5 cup (remove)
*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 400 grams (remove)
Directions
put onions and soy sauce in a pan over medium heat and stir, add salt and black pepper
add frozen vegi and stir well add little drops of water when needed till cooked
add mushrooms and stir well
i use arabic bread which is wide and very thin
the amount of bread makes 10 quarters ( seperate face from back
put bread on oven pan , sprinkle vegetables onit evenly and cover whith mozzarilla cheese ( i love it you can change )
then put it in hot oven for 10 minutes ( you can use microwave for 1 minute )
makes 10 servings each of quarter layer
