    -3 Chicken Breast,s, bone in and skin on
    -12 or so Baby Carrots, raw
    -2 cups cheese Tortellini, uncooked
    - 1/2 raw Onions
    -6 Celery stalks
    -4-6 Bullion, Chicken Flavored
    -4 cups Water, tap
    -Salt to taste
    - Pepper, black, to taste
    - Italian Seasoning to taste


Add water to large pot. Add chicken, bone and skin and boil. Once chicken is mostly cooked, remove from water. Let cool. Remove skin and bone and dice chicken.
Dice veggies.
Once water has cooled remove any fat that may have surfaced.
Add veggies and chiocken to water and return to boil.
Boil for 15 mins then slow to a simmer.
Add your chicken bullion and seasonings to taste.
Once veggies are tender add tortellini and cook till soft and floating.

Great with a little grated parmesan on top
