    Turkey Ham, 2 slices (remove)
    *Roast Beef - Slice, 1 oz (remove)
    Knor - light mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp (or any other low fat mayo)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 leaf, medium (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)
    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) (remove)


1. Season the chicken with black pepper, salt and onion juice, then boil the chicken breasts in water for about 15 minutes

2. Open the pita widely but leaving a small joint at the end to hold the ingredients

3. wrap the chicken breasts each with a slice of turkey that the chicken is fully covered.

4. spread the mayo inside the bread

5. Place the roast beef thin slices

6. add the lettuce on the mayo and then the chicken wraps

7. add the tomato on top and

then either slice the snadwich into 2 halves or enjoy it with a wide mouth open!
