    1.25 Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 can drained Diced Tomatoes
    1 can drained and rinsed low sodium Black Beans
    1 cup diced Orange or Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    2 cloves minced Garlic
    Quick Squirt of Pam or 1 tsp of olive oil
    1/8 tsp Cayanne Pepper


Makes Five,1 cup servings

In a LARGE non-stick frying pan spray a tiny bit of Pam in the pan, and sautee the onions and bell peppers for aprox 3- 4 minutes just to get the flavor released. Put aside in a bowl. Brown Turkey in the same pan, then add back in the onions and bell peppers. Stir often and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in all other ingredients, stirring often heat until all ingredients are hot.

Scoop out by 1 cup measurements.
This recipe is great for premade meals for the week! Just add a side of veggies and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
