    2 lbs Ground beef
    3 Tbsp Ketchup
    1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    2 ea Eggs
    2 Tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 Tbsp Dried, Minced Onion
    1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    1 cup Diced Mushrooms


1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 ketchup.
3. Form either in one large loaf in a casserole dish, or individual servings. Top with the remaining ketchup.
4. Bake about an hour, or until done.
