    one 11oz can low sodium v8
    0.5 cups raspberries
    0.5 cups blackberriues
    1 medium banana
    1 cup ice


Add fresh or frozen berries to blender. Cut up one medium banana and add to berries. Pour one can v8 on top.

Blend all until smooth.
