Introduction

Delicious and simple take on a classic. Tastes like stuffed peppers but much quicker. Delicious and simple take on a classic. Tastes like stuffed peppers but much quicker.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 cup white rice, uncooked
    (2) 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 cups hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper

Directions

Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper and rice in large skillet. Stir over high heat until lightly browned. Add in other ingredients, mix well and bring quickly to a boil. Cover tightly and simmer 25 minutes.
