    chicken/turkey stock
    smoked turkey wings and legs
    onion chopped
    celery chopped
    2 cups lentils


boil turkey parts in water to make stock
separate meat from bones and put meat into pot with stock. add chopped veggies and dried lentils. cook on low heat until veggies and lentils are cooked.
add salt and pepper to taste.
makes about 8 one cup servings
