    1.5 lb roast beef sliced thin (from deli counter)
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 lb mushrooms
    1/2-1 cup redwine vinegar
    1 tbsp dried marjoram
    1 tbsp dried thyme
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Combine the beef, onions and mushrooms in a shallow dish. Combine the vinegar, mustard, seasonings and oil. Pour the marinade over the meat mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight. Serve on buns.
