Introduction

Ingredients

    12oz Whole wheat lasagna
    4oz fat free mozzarella cheese
    4oz part skim mozzarella cheese
    12oz 1% cottage cheese
    8 tbsp parmeson cheese
    1 C. no salt added tomato sauce
    2 C. no salt added peeled diced tomato's
    6oz. tomato paste
    1 carrot chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 C. zucchini chopped
    2 C. cooked spinach
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    parsley
    bay leave
    tyme

Directions

Mix the tomato's with the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Add 1 1/2 cups water and mix well. Add the chopped garlic and about 1/4 teaspoon of each of the dry spices. Mix all of the chopped veggies into the sauce except for the spinach. Layer the rest of the ingredients starting with the sauce, into the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for about 5 hours.
