    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 large sweet potato, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 haddock fillet, cut in cubes
    three dashes Tabasco Sauce
    2 tsp Worshestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Thyme


Boil potatoes with onion over medium high heat until potatoes start to soften (about 15 - 20 minutes). Add haddock. Boil 2 more minutes. Fish should cook instantly. Reduce water so that it is just covering the potatoes and fish. Add spices and cream, simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Adjust spices to personal preference.

For a lighter version, substitue a can of diced tomatoes for the cream.

Makes 8 servings.
