Ingredients

    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.52 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    0.52 tsp Salt
    1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1 large Onions, raw
    3.52 cup Stewed Tomatoes
    0.12 cup Cornstarch
    16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey

Directions

Shred cabbage and boil/steam til soft.

While cabbage is cooking, saute onions with ground turkey, cook til ground beef is cook through and crumble and onions are soft.

Add cooked cabbage and remaining ingredients except cornstarch to the pot and cook together til heated through and seasonings can come out nicely, around 10 minutes.

Mix a small amount of water with cornstarch, add to pot to thicken. Bring everything to a boil and allow to thicken a bit.

Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta of some sort if you'd like.
