    1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dried minced onion


Preheat oven to 350..Mix all ingredients together and put in a quart size casserole dish (sprayed with non-stick spray. Place in a pan (like a 9 x 9 pan) of hot water and bake for about an hour or longer. Mixture should be set, golden on top and a little puffy when done.
