    1/4 cup onion,diced
    2 tablespoon olive oil
    2 16 ozs. bags frozen broccoli cuts
    4 14oz cans chicken broth,low soduim
    1 lb. velvetta cheese loaf,cubed
    2/3 cup corn startch
    2 cups skim milk
    1 cup water


cook onion in oil till tender. add broccili and chicken broth. cook till broccoli is tender. about 10 to 15 minutes. add cheese and stir till melted. add milk. mix corn startch and water in seperate bowl. add to soup. stir till thickened
