    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Pineapple Juice, .5 cup
    Fat free Vanilla Activia Yougert, 0.5 cup
    Mixed Frozen Berries Unsweetend, 1 serving


Mix all ingerdients in a blender untill smooth.
Makes a great filling low cal, low fat Breakfast or snack. For variety add your own mix of unsweetend fruit.
