    400 g stewing beef trimmed of fat
    1 cup each carrots onions and celery large chop
    2 cups potatoes peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tsp beef bouillon
    1 tsp thyme
    2 tsp minced garlic


Combine all in a crock pot with 4 cups water and simmer or 6-8 hours

Makes 4 2-21/4 cup servings
