    Garlic, 1 clove
    *Zuchinni, 1 large
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .33 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    salt to taste


mince garlic or use trader joes frozen cube, heat pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil, dice zuchinni and stir fry. Mix 1/4 water with 1 T. sugar to make a suryup, add to zuchinni, continue to stirfry until evaporated, add garlic, cook 1 more minute. Lightly salt to taste.
