    Grated Zucchini, flour, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, applesauce, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips


Grate zucchini and let the juices drain. Mix the eggs until frothy. Add oil, applesauce and zucchini. Add sugars. Mix dry ingredients together then add to the liquid mixture. Mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Bake 325 degrees for one hour.
