    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Honey, .5 cup
    *Molassas - tbsp, 2 tbsp
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped


heat oven to 350
mix dry ingredeants together. make well in center and mix pumpkin, honey, molassas, then stir in raisins and walnuts. spary 12 muffin tins and bake 25-35 minutes. Serving is one muffin.
